John D. Ladas
MD, PhD, FACS
Dr. John G. Ladas, MD, is a board-certified/fellowship trained surgeon. He earned his MD and PhD from the Georgetown University School of Medicine where he received a full tuition scholarship and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society.

Stacy J. Bang
MD, Medical Director
Dr. Stacy J. Bang, MD, is board-certified/fellowship trained in cornea/external diseases and refractive surgery. She earned her MD and Masters of Public Health from George Washington University, where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society.

Pamela P. Cheung
MD
Dr. Pamela P. Cheung, MD, is a board-certified/fellowship trained surgeon. She earned her MD from the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She completed her ophthalmology fellowship training in cornea and refractive surgery at the Johns Hopkins/Wilmer Eye Institute, ranked the number one eye hospital in the East by U.S. News and World Report.

Mark A. Hendrix

George Agritellis
MD
George Agritellis, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist and eye surgeon who grew up in Bethesda and graduated from the University of Maryland Medical School. He then completed his residency at the MedStar Washington Hospital Center downtown. "Dr. A," as everyone calls him, has practiced in Montgomery County since 2000.

Mark L. Gonzalez
MD
Mark Gonzalez, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist. He has expertise in comprehensive ophthalmology, cataract surgery, LASIK, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease and other medical conditions of the eye. He also provides routine eye exams for glasses and contact lenses.

Namratha Turlapati
MD
Namratha Turlapati, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist whose practice is dedicated to adult comprehensive ophthalmology and pediatric ophthalmology. She has additional fellowship specialty training in pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus. She sees patients for adult and pediatric strabismus, amblyopia, blocked tear ducts, cataracts, diabetes, and macular degeneration.

Pavle Doroslovacki
MD
Pavle Doroslovaki, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in oculoplastic surgery, namely, in conditions affecting the eyelids, tear ducts (lacrimal system), and eye sockets (orbits). He is also trained in the evaluation and management of neurological conditions that affect vision (neuro-ophthalmology).

G. Vike Vicente
MD
Dr. G. Vike Vicente, MD, joined Dr. John O’Neill as part of EDOW’s pediatric team in 2003. He is board-certified in ophthalmology by the American Academy of Ophthalmology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Vicente works at the North Park Avenue office, where he specializes in pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus.

Cameron Ghafouri
MD
Dr. Ghafouri is a board certified eye physician and surgeon. He completed his training in ophthalmology at Yale University Hospital. He also served as Chief Resident at the Yale Eye Center. Dr. Ghafouri completed his specialized training in cornea and cataract surgery at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. Dr. Ghafouri has received numerous awards including the Marvin Sears for clinical excellence in Ophthalmology awarded by Yale Alumni in Ophthalmology association and the Rockefeller University Biomedical Research Scholarship Award.
Dr. Ghafouri has performed thousands of cataract and other surgeries over the past 15 years with outstanding results. He has earned the respect and trust of his peers. He is voted year in and year out as a “Top Doctor” by Washingtonian Magazine.
